How do I know which are the best leads or mailing list for me? |

If you are new to the market, or are unsure which of our list databases will deliver the best new sales leads for your business, call us at 800-732-9250 to speak to a sales consultant or email us at info@mymailingleads.com.

How do I register and place an order? |
|
- At the count and order site, iblistexpress.com, go to the register now button on the lower left.
- Create a user name and password, and click sign up.
- Fill in the requested information and finish the registration process.
You are now ready to start a search.
- Select the list you would like to choose names from and click on start here.
- Follow the steps through the count and order process. If you have difficulties you can refer to the “What should I do now?” box in the upper right hand corner of the screen, or click on live help for assistance.

How do I unzip the file I received? |
|
If your computer has an unzip program, your file will unzip automatically. If you do not have an unzip program, like WinZip or PowerArchiver, you can download one from the appropriate site:

How will I receive my order? |
|
You will receive an email when your order has processed and you can go to iblistexpress.com to download your order. If you have ordered labels or another hard copy format, your order will be shipped to the address you indicate.
To download an order, click on the download order tab on the top menu. You will be asked if you want to open or save the file. You can open the file directly from this pop up window, or save the file to your computer.
If you open the file directly, your computer's unzip program will open the order files into a window.

You will receive:
- a data file (.txt or.csv) – this is the actual list you ordered.
- selection descriptions – this provides a description of any coded selections in your order.
- a file dump – this contains the last 10 records of your order, you won’t need this unless you are working with a lettershop or mailhouse to complete your mailing.
- a file layout – this shows you the layout of the data you received.
- a file report – this shows you the geographic breakout of your data by 3-digit zipcode (SCF)

Do you have volume discounts? |

Yes we do. If you plan to purchase more than 100,000 names per year, call us at 800-732-9250 so we can set you up with the appropriate discount.

Are my transactions secure? |
|
Yes. Your transactions with us are maintained on secure servers. Information that you provide, such as your credit card information, are encrypted using secure socket layer software (SSL) before it is transmitted.

How accurate is the data I receive? |
|
We strive to provide the most accurate data possible. We update our databases continually with our own proprietary data, and data from our partners. Our files are processed against the National Change of Address and Delivery Sequence Files provided by the postal service on a regular basis. However, about 20% of people in the United States move each year. You can expect that 90% of the leads you receive will be deliverable by the United States Postal Service, and that 85% of the telephone numbers you receive will be accurate. |
